Federal Housing Authority (FHA)  Website
Services Offered: HUD housing has a 60 day moratorium for FHA insured mortgages, to last through the end of April.

 

Federal Housing Finance Agency
Services Offered: Mortgages backed by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac will have suspended foreclosures and evictions for 60 days, to last through mid May.

Services Offered: Navigation Services can help families with resource navigation and crises management. Anyone can request a referral to navigation by calling 2-1-1 (Monday-Friday between 8am and 6pm MT) and asking to be referred to Navigation Services.
