Safe Centers for Online Learning

Safe Center for Online Learning or SCOL, is a physical location where small groups, families and/or students can go to access computers and technology assistance. The goal of SCOL is to create a safe environment to promote productive learning to supplement online and hybrid model plans happening because of COVID-19.
Each location has high speed internet access and Google Chromebooks for use. Volunteers are available to help students and their families access school assignments and more.

Initially there will be three sites – Hawthorne Elementary, The Haven, and The Salvation Army open on Fridays from 9:30 to 11:00 am and 1:00 to 3:00 pm.

Watch here to see when sites open or when we add sites. If you have any questions, please email Anna Kimbro at or call 208-522-2674. If you are interested in volunteering sign-up below.
